Consequently, our schools are no longer forced to endure interminable delays in construction as their plans sit in bins waiting for DSA approval. With pre-approval in place, Modus builds while others wait.

Recognizing that different school districts have different needs, Modus combines affordability and expandability in three different DSA pre-approved gymnasium and support building designs, each of which can be configured in almost limitless ways.

All three of these designs have one thing in common, however. All are built in accordance with hospital level seismic safety standards and employ fluid viscous dampers, which lower both stress and deflection throughout the structure, and allow it to remain elastic during any seismic event.
