Modus Systems Inc., provides modular kitchen facilities in our MPR buildings. Our kitchens provide flexible design options to accommodate the needs of your district and or charter. Each kitchen is built to meet the Health Department food preparation codes. Modus designs our kitchen to accommodate the use of commercial equipment for gas and propane. Our Modus Systems kitchens are extremely flexible in their design options and can incorporate single or multiple serving lines, food production lines, food preparation stations, walk in refrigeration units, walk in freezer units , dry storage accommodations, a dishwashing area, as well as a dedicated changing area with lockers for the kitchen staff.
